Family & child details
Names, contact details, dates of birth, addresses, authorised contacts, attendance and enrolment information.
Health & sensitive information
Medical conditions, allergies, immunisation, additional needs, cultural or language information and emergency plans where relevant.
Website information
Enquiry details, IP address, device/browser information, cookies and website-use data collected through service providers.
3. How information is collected
Directly and transparently where possible
We may collect information through website forms, email, telephone, tours, enrolment records, attendance systems, family conversations, photographs or videos with appropriate permission, and interactions with government or service systems.

Information may be disclosed to the approved provider, authorised educators and employees, software or professional service providers, government departments, regulators, health or inclusion professionals, emergency services or other parties where consent, law, safety or service delivery permits or requires it.
We do not sell personal information.

Children’s personal information receives particular protection. Collection, use, disclosure and publication should be necessary, proportionate and consistent with the child’s safety, dignity and best interests. Families should not submit unnecessary sensitive information through general website forms.

Kelvin seeks appropriate permission before using children’s images for purposes outside ordinary educational documentation, including public website or promotional use. Families may discuss or withdraw optional promotional consent, subject to any lawful use already completed.
